Diane Falge, Founder
Diane Falge is the founder of Valley Harvest Crop Insurance. Born and raised on a small family farm in Reedley, CA, Diane has had a lifelong passion for farming and the ag industry. After realizing the many challenges of running a successful farm and the potential risks associated with weather and market variations, Diane decided to found her own crop insurance company 30 years ago. Before opening her agency, Diane worked for Crop Hail Mgmt (Now RCIS) and contributed to writing the now standard Private Citrus Policy.
Mike Falge, Insurance Agent
Mike Falge joined Valley Harvest Crop Insurance after a long career in community banking. After graduating from Fresno State, Mike spent his entire banking career with Murphy Bank where he was the CEO for over 20 years. After retiring from banking, Mike decided to get his agents license and join the agency full time. He has been helping Diane with accounting since the inception of her agency and is happy to have an increased role with the firm.
